The J.T. Seymour Conference Commission on Religion and Race sponsors and works with the General Commission and Religion and Race to conduct the Nurturing Wholeness and Community Seminars, Levels One and Two, which are offered several times a year. The commission will also take the leadership in the planning and implementation of the Martin Luther King, Jr. celebration. In addition to offering the Nurturing wholeness seminars, the Commission is having discussions around how we could better incorporate the work and ministry of combating racism in our Districts and Local Churches.
